Freeze Tag CEO Updates Shareholders On The Mobile Game Company’s Progress
TUSTIN, CA, (November 14, 2012) – Craig Holland, CEO of Freeze Tag (OTCQB: FRZT), a developer of family friendly games for tablets and smartphones, updated shareholders today on the mobile game company’s progress in reaching its corporate objectives. The CEO made the following statements:
1. We extend a warm welcome to those shareholders who have recently joined us, and thank you for your interest in our company.
2. We’ve received several requests for more information about our upcoming titles, strategic relationships, and other initiatives. To those who have made these inquiries, please stay tuned. We will soon have more exciting news about upcoming titles and publishing partners.
3. One of our strategic partners, GREE, recently announced that Freeze Tag had entered into an agreement with GREE to publish one of our new free-to-play games, Party Animals™ in the coming months. We are making great progress on Party Animals™ and believe it will be a big success on the GREE platform. Party Animals™ is a game that appeals to kids of all ages, like all of our family friendly, casual games.
4. In the last year, free-to-play games with in-app purchases have dominated the “top grossing” charts in both the iOS and Android mobile app stores, comprising as much as 70% of the charts of the highest earning titles. Freeze Tag has successfully transitioned its entire production team to design and produce free-to-play games. However, our new free-to-play titles, Party Animals™ and The Grimm Reaper™: Hidden Tales have not yet launched. As such, the potential revenue from these games has not yet factored into our financial statements.
